My angels are from near Manaus, from Lago Manacapuru. Almost all my (40 or so) fish are from South America except for a couple of ranbow fish and some rasboras :) Nothing wild caught though, so they probably all come from Florida :)

Make sure you can’t see any cables or tubing. Dimond tipped hole saw the centre of the base, silicone a tube in for all the things to hide. Build the scape from that tube outwards 👌 I’d love to do this, but my home is simply not big enough for anymore tanks 😂 Can’t wait to see what you do!

I wanted to make a biotope tank of the brandywine creek that ultimately ends up in the chesapeak. Did you say id need permits to use wild live stock that i catch myself??? That hinders things a bit. I love eastern blacknose dace minnows. Always wanted to keep some in a tank.

I have to be honest, this was not a success. You should form the moss ball first, use a lot more string to go over the top of it and tie the sides better. The end result for you looks insanely messy and I believe much of the moss will just fall off. You also used some really nasty-looking moss, high quality moss actually makes a difference here. Brave choice to do a tutorial on something you're clearly new at. Hope it's doing well.
