Beautiful. The ferts and CO2 will help. I have had the same problem. Same plants. I run 2 X fluval 3.0 on it and the plants love the light. Over the summer I was more addicted to my backyard garden than my underwater one and did neglect my 120 gallon tank. You can see my videos and take a peek at my progress to get it back to normal. Almost there. I neglected from 4 months, and it's taken that long to get it back.

Wow, that is such an amazing tank. You have given me ideas for my 55g that I'll be redoing next month or so. I love it. I love the rummynose tetras as well but they are hard to come by because they are best sellers. I love this type of tank where you don't have to do much maintenance and plant trimming. No stem plants for me either although you did use some. I could definitely sit and watch this tank for hours if it was in my livingroom. Thanks for sharing.

It’s so incredibly satisfying to watch a tank “grow”. I love Java ferns but I have the same problem. I heard they need more potassium. The ones I have are in high light, co2. I moved some to a low light tank and they did much better (along with anubias). But left one in the high light tank (a because it’s buried in a huge piece of driftwood) and suddenly it’s beautiful (didn’t dose extra potassium FYI). I wish I knew the answer because I love this plant. And I love your background now. ☺️

What a gorgeous tank. Sorry for the shrimps, but to me these cichlids or something similar do fit very well in this tank. It's a nice addition to these tetras. Otherwise only schooling fish are nice to look at, but generally an addition of fish with a different behavior brings tanks to life. May be there will be another option for you...
