I found the problem for mines, I tried to update my windows 11 and it sent me here, to fix this error, you have to buy a new SSD, but only do it if you’re certain it’s your SSD that’s the problem

My pc lately has been showing a blue screen that says "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart". Will i lose all my photos and videos if i want to reset this pc and choose option keep everything? I have a lot of pics of Leon Kennedy, movies, video clips and episodes of shows i watch.

I had recently been getting that blue screen every time my pc sleeps when I'm away from my keyboard. A week ago, I've tried the reset my pc and "keep my files" and it worked, keeping my files with a fresh start. If you have important files, I recommend a flash drive to transfer and store such files just in case. This option should only remove apps, not your personal files.

Had this problem just an hour ago and i fixed just by removing my TP-Link USB. Apparently my TP-Link USB is broken so whenever i plug it, my screen froze and blue screen appear

Since my laptop is modern, what I did was open the back cover, cleaned the ram, too the battery off (On this part, watch a youtube tutorial on unplugging the wire off the battery). After that, I did this. I restarted it multiple times though.
