U have to locate your drive of your hard drive and change it to that prompt. I had to change mind to E prompt because my hard drive was E drive

When I list volume, the c hard drive where the operating system is installed doesn't get listed. Its only listing the bootable USB.. Please help?

Before you do a "list vol". Do a "list disk", you should see the disks for your computer. When you see the correct disk for the operating system e.g. could be say DISK 1 (or whatever number you think it is), then type in the "sel disk 1". Then continue on with the "list vol" command.

Yes you have to exit the prompt by using "exit: and command it to your hard drive prompt like E. and enter that drive if for example it is E you type " E:"

At the part of the video when you type in “C:” after that you can type in “dir” which will show the different folders like program files and Windows. Also, when you type in “cd windows” does it change directory? What drive letters do you see when you type in “list vol”?
