There should be some changes in local govts 1- All head of lg should be directy elected 2- As there is a uc chairman which is a head of the whole area so there should also be a elected representative of a street person they can be called a mohalla nazim or mohalla councillor(jiske duty usss mohalle kee logo keee kam waqeraa karwaana honaa hotaaa hain) 3- The Three taxes likes water tax, property tax, service tax it should be taken by the local district govt so they do not depends on only budget from provincial govts

sir g..jitna important ap ny bola tha na k LGS important utna e koi hal nai in lectures ka jo pol sc sy leye gye..simply slide reading hy..wo b kuch zada knowledge grip k sath nai..all the other lectures are well presented but this LGS..its of no use
