What a great video..was a real treat to watch ..agree totally about the peaceful side of using hand tools..unfortunately it seems that far too many landowners want things done quickly and don't have the patience to wait.. that being said at least there's a resurgence going on..

Now now now ... it was me playing but the sound was not great so I recorded it through the sound desk again when I got home so that is why there is reverb and more colour in the sound ! ... but maybe it still isn't great !🎸😄

Very interesting story Ivan. If I remember correctly, there was another plane crashed over the moors at Ballycran and the pilot is buried in one of the war graves at Ballycran chapel, he might have been Czech or Polish. Might be another story for you to look into on the same subject as you video.

Fascinating video thanks. It is amazing when you run into someone when out and about that you don’t know and find you have common ground. It is a pity mankind didn’t learn from that time of war to live peaceably together as we are still knocking the stuffing out of each other all over the world. The earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof - Psalm 24. It doesn’t belong to us in the first place. We were to be the keepers / caretakers and look after it - Genesis ch 1+2. Sadly we haven’t done that great a job.

Really enjoyed this episode and it’s particularly poignant for us since my wife’s Dad flew for the Royal Canadian Air Force in WWII. The footage of the local area is spectacular ❤
