the cabs are pretty much same room inside. the other diff if im not mistaken is gear drive is available only in the m mx series. so if your planting rows a lot or mowing very large acrage. gear drive might be your choice or if you just like rowing your tractor across the farm...
@humphreysoutdoorpower3 күн бұрын
I couldn't have said it better myself about the cabs. In regard to the gear drive, both Hydrostatics have a cruise control options which effectively acts the same as putting it in gear. The gear drive option would save you a little bit of $$ though.
@GPOutdoors4 күн бұрын
Thanks - excellent comparison.. Just one Q - are both cabs the same size or is one more spacious/more room than the other?
I wasn't able to notice a difference. I did mention that I think the 6060 is a little more ergonomic and for that reason alone slightly more comfortable.

Would be perfect if you didn’t need to get under tractor to connect the PTO on the mower deck.

That's a great point and a common complaint. I also hear a lot of complaints about the auto connect features on some of the competition's units wearing out of alignment. I'm not convinced there is a better way than a manual hookup available yet.

The easy start spool is the worst head I've ever used 😆 it's not an upgrade. We use the old school professional Stihl heads and they are 1000% better. Idk who made the new spools because they are terrible. They don't even allow the line to go in easy when respooling.

Hope they have fixed the starter problem, A $1000.00 starter replacement every 50 hrs or so is expensive! Also gas getting into the crankcase sucks as well !

What's the difference between the Kubota front loader in the woods front loader on a Kubota tractor?

500lbs isn't a great lift capacity. 750 would be a solid minimum amount

There's a reason I never bought a Kubota. Right here explains a big part of it. Who doesn't have the tech to just roll a new system into the old one on Jan 1 2025 at 12:00:01 AM? What kind of company in 2024 operates a big business this way? Seriously, this is ridiculous.

It needs a motor with some power. If you are buying it to add attachments, you need to know the hydraulic Gallon per minute and that's when you find out that you need more power. It's good for cutting grass but Zero turn would do better for cutting grass.

I bought one Z2 in 2017 and another in 2024 the one in 2017 is better quality and has held up nicely. The spindle just went out on it for the first time. The quality the second I’m not sure if it’s gonna last as good My local dealer seems to have gone out of business here in Lake City, Florida Apparently did so right after I bought the second one

This is what happens when the U.S. depends on OUTSIDE of the U.S. for ANYTHING, having worked AT the Snapper MFG plant when we were bought out by B&S they began importing stuff & threw away warehouses full of parts
@DrJohn493Ай бұрын
Well, if U.S. workers weren't so greedy by demanding a living wage and U.S. consumers weren't such cheapskates, maybe more manufacturing coulda stayed in the U.S. to begin with.

There is no reason for all that down time. I was in I.T. For over 4 decades. We upgraded many large companies with no down time. Plan on double or triple that time frame because the lowest bidder got the job.

The fact is that this business should have preordered enough parts the cover their normal sales over the downtime. And then added an additional two weeks of inventory just in case the computers do not come up properly. This video is just showing that they are not prepared.
