You can tell you don't understand the last question in the litmus test. I'm not sure what my core value is but it really annoys me when someone clearly doesn't know something like the way you skipped over the"would you hold this value if at some point they became a competitive disadvantage? You respond by saying Wow. Why when people act so confident and sure of themselves can they not fess up and say actually I didn't look up this Litmus test and don't understand what it is I'm describing instead of insulting the viewer with a Wow. That bugs me so maybe my value is professionalism or transparency.

This is really good. Clearly I had good intentions to lead, but have been in the weeds rather than dealing with these topics which ultimately do the same thing. Good priorities

This has got to be the most obnoxious thing someone could do to me as an employee I feel that a manager should always find a human way to tell someone that they are busy right now and that they’ll be available in a minute or two. Try talking instead of leaving a note

You don’t define things based of what it means to you, it is called contexting. Define it as what it is and see if who you are resonates with that value. If you do, it’s yours, if you don’t, it’s not who you are.

The WORST THING you can say during an interview when asked, "What experience do you have in Project Management?" is... "Well, in high school, I worked in a group on a science project!" Please don't follow that advice...
