I've read Rudd's book "The Art Of Contemplation" and am over halfway through his big book "The Gene Keys". And, the Contemplation book is wonderful, it is very helpful for anyone who wants to better their life. The Gene Keys book, when you explore it with your Hologenic Profile information, you get some very interesting and enjoyable stuff out of it. But here's my critique for Mr. Rudd. 1. He implies in this 44th Gene Key that reincarnation is not real, and explains well why it's not. And he does understand the value of experiential world of truths. But, he doesn't seem to have personal experience of this reincarnation issue. At least he didn't say he had. I've been through one NDE perhaps, of which I remember nothing, but... many remember past lives and their NDEs show compelling experiential evidence of there being life after "death" as we call that happening. 2. Illuminati. He calls this a "conspiracy theory" even though it's probably more than just a theory. He also between the lines, kinda promotes the idea of this "group consciousness" which I'm okay with, but I feel that he has nothing against this clique of people trying to control the whole of humanity for their own ends. Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. But, the last gene key, the 64th, has "Illumination" as its siddhi. So he does give "Illuminati" a better name than what it deserves. There is more I disagree or see differently than Mr. Rudd does about some things, like psychosis, because I've actually experienced it for years now, and... Rudd is right about it being an illness when you allow it to change your perspective of reality, when you allow it to alter what you think is real and what's not. Usually, people who are psychotic, are those who "hear voices that other people do not hear". I'm one of those. But I do my best not to let those voices alter my sense of reality so that I'd do anything stupid to myself. I'm no threat to others, but... to myself, it's harder, when they make you think that they'll kill your family or something of that magnitude. Skepticism is very healthy in that regard, but it's hard to be skeptic, to question, when you can't rid yourself of those voices. I do recommend Rudd's work of Gene Keys and Contemplation for everyone, because for me it has opened up a new world really. I have experience of studying and applying astrology to my life and to that of others, and a little bit of numerology experience too. But even so, Rudd's system amazed me. That why my recommendation should be worth something (even though I know there's people who, after reading this all, will just shrug it off and maybe comment with a laughter smiley or "TLDR" or something like that. Thanks.

Would be game changer to have fasting best practice for post menopause women as we most likely require other/additional considerations that will be more supportive and impactful…any advice!?!? (P.S. What a fantastic podcast! Debra’s always kicking game but I do wish she cut off Chervin less because he’s a pro at delivering quick bits that allow the convo to feel more like music instead of one long verse with no chorus. Nothing he could have done about it and he did the most respectful thing, and I know it’s a short time and she has a lot to say as the guest but if she could ground for just a moment and allow him to express and reorganize the convo for structure it would have been that much better, because it almost feels like you hardly need him there if he can’t express from time to time as well and it was very obvious he could feel that. No shade towards Debra I’m learning so much from her but speaking of humility just a little balance instead of trampling over the other’s expression would be a harmonious dance 😄 Yes, I want to delete my comment and mind my business but in case it was written for a reason I’ll leave it until I probably delete it.
