Good question - Mush brand overnights oats don’t add protein, but Oats Overnight brand do. So depending on what your nutrition needs/goals are, you could go either way. Mush have 7-8g protein and Oats Overnight have 20g; so that’d be roughly 1/2 to 2/3 a serving if your favorite protein powder.

Amen. I read life changing book by Jennifer Garner's nutritionist Kelley Leveque. I think the book is called Body Love or something. The title is a little misleading because the content of the book is all very factual and it covers the methodology and science of why she has her celebrity clients eat the way they do. The cliffnotes version: "Fab Four Diet" = protein, fiber, fats, and greens at every meal. From whole sources. 3-4 meals a day. 16:8 intermittent fast. Stay away from starchy carbs and dairy (only have it VERY occasionally).... I tried out this Fab Four diet and I was literally seeing the scale drop by 1 pound every day. Im getting back into it in prep for my honeymoon in 7 weeks. Fingers crossed for good results!

That's the kind of salad i have huge bowl with lots of topping but i used olive oil and venigar with anchovies for dressing. I will try try doing it twice a day like you did, i could lose some lbs🙂.

Gosh I do miss your videos. Thanks for this and the metric conversions! Rick's cake decorating was giving me anxiety😂. This is exactly how I would do it although I may whip the frosting and adjust the chocolate:cream ratio to suit my climate. The pudding is obviously more of a stable creme pat. I normally do bake individual layers in cake rings and they work out fine. Baking the cakes at 160C and cooling the layers upside down usually takes care of most of the doming.
