Under what category does my father come. My father's annual income is 10.5 lakhs but we don't have any side income. Do I come under NC OBC?

Final year student. On marksheet subjectwise marks and total marks are mentioned for all semester. Also SGPA are mentioned. From marks calculation percentage is 81 and from CGPA conversion formula of Savitribai phule University percentage is 93.4. Institute asked to fill 81 percentage and not providing any certificate. University conversion fornula is available online. What should i do

@@ajayzener Sir! Plz answer. My father was recruited as LDC in central govt but now after 50 years he has been promoted to group B and his govt salary is more than 8 lakh. But still after telling that he is in govt sector still the officials are asking for income certificate less than 8 lakh. What should we do? Even this is the first time we are trying for OBC certificate for our 3rd generation after father and grandfather who never complete to persue OBC certificate earlier and got selected as general candidates.

If candidate income is more than 8 lakhs and parents doesn't have any sources of income. In this case, is candidate eligible for NCL? Any gazette references pls..

I am in my final year btech i am confused which method should i use for filling my aggregate marks of 5 semesters, i have spga and marks both on marksheet, If i calculate my percentage through cgpa/sgpa method it is coming out 4% more than if i calculate through marks/total marks method , which method should i use to fill aggreagte marks field in graduation column

Every University normally has a CGPA to Percentage conversion. If your university does not have it, then you can take marks obtained and divide it by total marks, but make sure that you get a letter from the controller of the examination that stating there is no conversion factor for your university. This letter you may need to carry with you at the time of the interview.

Madam, NC-OBC does not consider Salary in the 8 lakhs cut-off. It is for other income. The video is about that. Please read the Government Gazatte, it is attached in the description.

Income from the business and IT returns if more than 8 Lakhs, then it will be treated as other income. Hence you will not be eligible for NC-OBC reservation.

My father is working as a government primary teacher but with salary income more than 8lpa. Am I eligible? Because when I applied for the obc ncl with income certificate which in turn requires 16 no form, but in 16 no form income becomes more than 8lpa. So application gets rejected. Pls guide.....

Income is not a criteria for NC-OBC. Please check my video. If your application is rejected it is not right unless you have other income more than 8 Lakhs.

HUF is applicable for income tax purposes only, for NC-OBC only your parental income is what matters. Their ITR on other income should be less than 8 LPA.
