Hi please respond to this message! I am a General category student working in Infosys as SE for last 6 months, I got shortlisted for 1 St IIMV round , with 82 overall percentile and 70+ in individual section Percentile, is there any chance I will be shortlisted for second round (interview) and let me know the chances of converting, i need to spend some 15k for interview preperation so I am asking. And comment the AVERAGE LPA of IIMV

This depends on which branch you are from. Also, whether you will be selected cannot be assured by anyone as it depends on others percentiles and profiles too. At 82 percentile, you have only a outside chance of getting a shortlist. But once you get a shortlist you will be able to convert with the call with a good interview.
