Theres alot of ways some one will learn how to. May take one person 1 day. May take another person 1 month to understand it. Quick and simple would be to learn to back up in a straight line learn the movements. After that you can try doing 90 degree turns into an empty parking spot. From my experience

Do you need a CDL for this specific setup you have, because I'm kind of confused on the whole CDL thing, first I'm hearing any truck and trailer combination capable of carrying 26,000lbs you need a CDL so I'm guessing there's stickers on both the truck and the trailer that tell what the tow weight of each of them would be and I guess you would add them together and if it goes over 26,000 lbs then you would need a CDL, could somebody tell me if I'm correct with that.

Last year we got a 45 foot enclosed gooseneck trailer, 50 amp hookup, AC, living quarters, 2 deep cycle batteries led lights, the whole 9 yards.

Unless the trailer brakes are electric, I don't know how they work.

Everything correct except how you hooked the chains. ALWAYS cross the chains. If the trailer comes off the BALL, crossed chains will cradle the nose and keep it straight. The way you connected the chains, if the trailer comes off the BALL CONNECTOR, it will swing wildly left and right inside the bed

i pull 18,140lbs with our 6.4 f350 dually at work and i thought that was a lot hahaha. i suppose its harsh on it because we live in a very hilly area
