I used to have togolese as my neighbour. They don't use sugar in cooking their beans rather they prefer the honey beans (Ewa oloyin). Do You Know That Sugar Feeds Cancer Cells. The moments you add sugar to your cooking then you have render the food unhealthy. You are educated you should know this.
