He believes that two is core all right but doesn’t make it true. There are soccer stadiums out there older than any basketball stadium. Lol, get out of your head my guy and go experience other perspectives.

The goal is to not stay in a minimum wage job. Do the job you have to the best of your ability and take pride in it. That is how you build a work ethic and helps you get those more lucrative jobs that you want down the road.

It's rather that Gen z want to be paid fairly for their work, and when you are paid minimum wage, Gen z will put in minimum work. Gen z has been so disolusioned by the government and billionares and corporations that we dont care about CEOs and shareholder profits. The world has been put into the state it currently is in because of those people. So, no, Gen z doesn't care about "purpose." we care about how much we get paid, and that's it.

The problem is business doesn't give a fuck what those whining butches want work here or not.The world doesn't care nor has it ever so work or don't someone will and you can play around and rely on free benefit of the government but that will crumble it is not sustainable then you will have to work or die from starvation so shut up and do the job you are not important

If that's the philosophy and it holds into adulthood for them, when they get older and are the ones running the companies, the world is ruined. Nobody is going to run a street paving company or work at it, nobody is going to provide any infrastructure whatsoever. You cannot run a company based on altruism unless you are funded by pure charity. At some basic level in a capitalist world, you must have your basis of existing being turning a profit and increasing shareholder revenue. That's the underlying basis of everything that keeps the lights of society on and the water running. You can't feed yourself with ideology. Someone has to break a sweat and farm for food.
