I could play this on a loop and drift back to when I was 14 years old... Playing truant "Up Town" ... Down on New St Station, dodging the Wag Man! I was hoping the person with the camera would have pointed over the wall and down to the platforms. Judging by the sun it's early morning, there might have ben an "Wizzo" on the 10:25 To Paddington..

Watching a video promising stuff like this today leaves you doubtful, and rightfully so. My first small tractor (an old 67 model) has these things implemented and works like a charm with a multitude of tools. It's baffling, cold starting and flawlessly working hydraulics on a half a century old vehicle when your brand new car didn't even manage to get you to work because of unexpected weather.

They always hit the locomotives first because it took much longer to build new ones and it prevented the movement of the cars giving the fly boys more time to come back and pick them apart provided they had enough fuel, ammo and time.

During the Dutch famine in 1945, the children of workers of the Enschede printing factory in Haarlem got the chance to recuperate at the farms in Graft-De Rijp. Food was hard to come by that winter for obvious reasons, so many parents jumped at the chance to have their kids be fed well for a change. They were brought to and from the farms (maybe foolishly so) by a green van in small groups. On the 21st of february, while driving around Alkmaar, an English spitfire appeared out of the sky and opened fire on the van. The pilot must have thought the van was a german military vehicle. The chauffeur, A nurse and 7 children were killed in the attack. When I watch this type of footage I'm always reminded of this story.

My device is a different model, so may I ask " does it matter which film goes over the other film at the slice ? Could cementing the wrong film side mess up the travel of the film through the projector or / and digitizing machine ?

I was just three and too young to understand or remember that period. Some years later, I visited Birmingham, especially the Museum and Art Gallery. The cream and blue buses are distinctive. I would have caught the 155 West Midland or 156 Midland Red to get there and back!

Some never made it back. Some were knocked down by the debris of exploding boxcars, some became so focused on finishing the tarrget that they pulled up too late, some were shot down and some had a mechanical malfunction. There is no time to bail out at that altitude and they were suseptable to rifle and pistol gunfire.

As a kid I liked the Fordson E27N TVOS better only because they were bigger. But the genius of the Fergusson was exactly as shown: power without weight and the E27N used Fergi concepts but with greater weight. The little Ferguson was pure engineering genius.
