Without a doubt this is the best car I’ve bought to this day… it’s an absolute favourite , best all round car anyone can buy, should buy!!! I have to say though my dc5R is something super special but maybe cause it’s a little animal and you can ring its neck allllllll the time

@@TheAnonymous1one it was on a stand alone, but a very basic Ecu at that, nothing fancy I think it’s got a different sound because the cams were cut I think to 276 duration and ported/flowed the heads also did a different style exhaust , 4-1 headers that joined up after the gearbox to a 3inch straight pipe back

Tires on track play the most important role , sadly this was the last drive for the civic as it is seen and it is time to move on to something a little more modern with the setup because the car broke down at the track and didn’t wanna start again So it’s a much called time for an upgrade

@@losthemost8557 dude mine was one of two things that I did to fix it… The k24 you need to block off the oil port at bottom of the block that supplied the k24 oil pump off I think it’s a m8 cause I’m using the k20 pump Then the noise was still there but not terrible , the vtc values on your Ecu between 0-2000rpm don’t give it a vtc value as the oil pressure can’t supply 2/4/7 degrees at such low rpm as I would find on decel the car would make this noise coming to a stop Change the vtc to start its 12/15 degrees at 2k upwards and problem solved

Thank you bro , if I’m not mistaken it was a vw disc , I have got a video swapping discs and calipers on the channel. I think they were vr6 discs (290mm) that we redrilled to 4x100 and then everything just bolts right up to it
