Im here to see what pads are better and in this video it looks as if your down grading to worser pads, from all the info i picked up online, "not tested by my self" but everyone is saying those pink ones a the worste ones, and those black and white pads you removed are the best ones, seems like it can confuze begginers

@@adam_-adam oh yes I agree, I think I said that in the video. Can’t remember. But those pink pencil eraser looking clutch pads are terrible. The white ones were better but they were just slipping so bad, which is why I replaced them.

Hey I need a little help, all my electrical stuff works fine i tested it and bought a new NGK-B6HS spark plug but my engine will not start. You got any tips?

@@bardiamirzahekmati7406 did you try the spark trick? Holding the spark plug where it touches the motor and walk with the bike to see if you have spark? If you do, then it’s probably fuel, make sure you got fuel getting to the carb. Then make sure your jet is not clogged. Next is air, make sure the bike is getting air through the filter. And next is compression, hopefully it’s not that because you’d need a new jug assembly. These motors are VERY cheaply made so it does happen.

@@Marcus_b2024 they discontinued it, but it’s a road master granite peak. The blue one, it’s a 26” mountain bike. Walmart had them and they were my favorite bike to put motors on, and this bike and my other bike (exact same setup) are running great to this day.

Why would the clutch not engage? I took the sprocket cover off and tried to turn the tire free but it wouldn’t go, it’s like the clutch doesn’t serve a purpose

@@user-nb9ed5rm9x a bike frame won’t handle that lol some frames fall apart with these 80cc engines I could imagine with that big engine. Not to mention how you would fit it. But it would be stupidly fast, and probably way more dangerous lol.

Hello is this video is old but I have kinda the same set up For your reed valve intake use 32 mm intake instead of the 19mm I have a pwk carb just put in a 132 main and it has a 32 mm idle jet The trick with the small motor big carb is you gotta baby it up to those rpm with the need at max lean You could be going faster for your weight I'm 222 max speed at 39mph now I have changed jets so max speed I'll let you know tomorrow

Take off the cover, and put the chain on the sprocket and spin the sprocket over with a wrench.

Damn dude. The chain that comes from the shaft to the pedal sprocket goes on the inside and the chain to the rear wheel should have gone on the outer sprocket

@@JimmyEast-m3z you have a piston with the wrong pin hole. Some have a high hole and some have a low hole. If you have a low hole the piston will reach higher than the high hole piston. Which will make the piston hit the head.

@@adminkewl pull start is probably the worst part on the bike. I’ve been through 3. And then I just went back to the stock setup. They just keep breaking down. Also those rims are amazing! Still running them to this day.

My bicycle will do 29 without a motor with just the peddles!! 50mph should be the minimum speed I wanna go with a motor.Thats the whole ides of building a motorized Bike to go a Hell of a lot faster! You forgot to talk about air screw, fuel mixture. Pilot jets Needle adjustment. etc,,,👍

Yo bro after like 2 months and $800 later I finally got it up and running bro. I put rubber in between the engine to relief the vibrations it gives off 😂. Ima make upgrades soon as well, I made a spark plug upgrade first though, I got a B7hs spark plug I think it was called. But anyways can you list some upgrades I can make?
