I LOVE the Sprouted Planners as you know. They simplify what I need to do and where I need to be but also makes sure I am slowing down enough to reflect and unload my mind of all the clutter before moving onto a new month. And it's created by a fellow mom so of course that is an added bonus!

I need a weekly planner and prefer a horizontal layout. A pretty cover is super important- the cover designs are what keep me buying simplified. Good quality paper is important.

I enjoy learning about the different planners on the market. I like my weeks to start with Sunday. By watching your video, I know this planner has a Monday start and not a Sunday start. This planner would not be a good fit for me. Thank you for the video.

Thanks Amanda...as usual you are a very thorough reviewer. I just bought my first weekly planner from Sprouted Planner. I bought the 2024 planner with the intent of seeing if I could fit in some habit trackers from my Self Care Planner from a company of the same name. That planner tracks mood and sleep and I love that planner. However, it has a bigger goal planning system and I wanted easier. I was impressed with the 2024 planner and I am still trying to figure out if it will work. Then the 2025 planner dropped. I was disappointed to see the return to lines when I love the graph and dotted grid sections. They are great for weekly habit trackers. I don't like the size of the coil. It's actually 1 1/2 inches across on the 2024 planner and it looks like that's what it is on the 2025 planner. I like the binding of the 2024 planner. While the coil is 1/2" bigger than my current self care planner; a little quirk of mine is not having a planner fold back on itself and having the covers meet. Spiral is always off kilter. However, I do love the addition of the dashboard and additional reflection pages. I was glad she made the weekly layout grid smaller and the lines added to the left hand side of the layout go across the page. I will use the 2024 planner for a few weeks and if it works I will probably purchase this planner. Maybe I can get used to the off kilter spiral. :)

After finally finding planner peace...and then that planner being discontinued...I've returned to Passion Planner. Would love to know how you use it for managing parenting/kid schedules and what not--if there are printables you use, etx.

Best portable combo I found this year and will carry forward is the H&O minimalist and the Clever fox daily. I went from many planners to 2 thanks to you, Amanda. I use the Makselife system in both. Monthly reflections in H&O and weekly reflections in Clever fox.

I don't usually use daily planners, but I think this is the best one on the market! I haven't used the Sprouted Planner before, but I plan to order the notepads. I like the notes and dots feature, as well as the mini tracker.

Love Sprouted Planner! This will be my 3rd year ordering and so thankful I found it through your page. I am excited about all of the changes made and personally appreciate the more spaced out notes pages throughout the planner. Intrigued to use the monthly dashboard & the expanded reflection sections as well.

I recommend wet erase on dashboards- you don’t get any rub off onto your pages but can erase perfectly when you intend to, not accidentally. My planner doesn’t have to be perfect but I don’t like smudges that aren’t intended. (I’m a bit of a decorative planner) There may be others but I use Vis a Vis pens, the same that you use on overhead projectors. As a speech pathologist, I often use them in therapy with adults and children!

I can so relate about short notes to myself that I can’t tell what I meant 🤣. Doesn’t happen a lot but I find the worst of these are that frantic sticky notes. I try to transfer planner sticky notes as quickly as possible. I really wish she used more graph or dot grid

I was really touched by the excerpt of her letter. I will be looking up that planner chat! I might try the daily spread - Heather, please consider replacing lines with graph, or even dot grid I find my writing stays so much neater with this and vertical subsections are so much easier.

A few years ago, I discovered KZbin. I loved all that I could learn on KZbin. Then I happened upon Amanda's Favorites on KZbin. I loved Amanda's excellent and thorough planner reviews. Through Amanda's channel, I discovered there are many types of planners available, and there is a large community of people who enjoy designing, using and reviewing planners. Oh joy! I was hooked! Yes, you can get a very tiny basic planner at Dollar Tree for $1.25, but that was not going to meet my needs or desires. Planners have become a hobby for me and many, many others. Some people make a living around planners. There is no shame in that. Because I love organizing, writing, and colors, I have tried many types of pens, pencils, highlighters, and markers. I have a large collection of those things, and desktop pen organizers to put them in. They are part of my planner hobby. It's not a waste of money. It's fun, and it improves my life. There are a lot of hobbies and things people do that are way more expensive than this. I bought the daily Sprouted planner last year and will be buying one again for 2025. These planners are top notch in quality of construction and materials, and are meticulously designed with painstaking detail. Heather Leidl, Sprouted’s creator and owner, listens to her customers and has made further improvements in the 2025. I agree with Amanda that I prefer rounded corners to "pokey" corners. I am 69 years old and have a visual impairment. I NEED darker lines in a planner, because I am unable to see light grey printed lines. The Sprouted planner is deliberately not greatly prescriptive in its design. Instead, the open-space concept allows the user much more latitude and discretion in how to best personalize this planner for their own personal needs. There are also many spaces for to-dos, which I like. Sprouted is owned and operated by the hard-working Heather Liedl. I greatly respect and choose to support smaller woman-owned businesses, way before massive multi-million/billion-dollar corporations any day!!! I have also purchased the MakseLife flagship goal planner for several years, which meets a different set of needs. I will be purchasing the upcoming newly designed MakseLife goal planner for 2025 also. I am sure Amanda will be doing a video on it before it launches in October. I love Sierra Friend, the founder and CEO of MakseLife, and their corporate philosophy. Jessica in customer service at MakseLife is phenomenal and kind. My planners help me to organize my life, learn, grow, plan, have hope, and stay sane. They are valuable and sacred to me because my life is valuable and sacred. Now I want to mention something personal about Heather Liedl. One year ago I sustained a devastating retinal detachment which left me virtually blind in my left eye. I ordered the 2024 planner the night before my surgery which was early the next morning. I made a mistake in my order because I only had vision in my right eye. Several days later I noticed my mistake. I emailed Heather in a panic. She emailed back that she saw my mistake and had corrected my error. When my order arrived, she had placed a hand-written note on top, wishing me the best for my recovery. I was touched by her kindness, and that in the midst of fulfilling all of those orders, she remembered me. After watching her cute KZbin videos and reading her emails, I know that Heather Liedl is a good person whom I want to support!

Love the changes to the daily page! Best daily page that I have found for me as a busy mom w/ a large family to manage. I am using this planner now.. love it. Tons of space. The only thing that I don’t love is how large the coil is.. I would love a bound version in the future.

The cover designs are really nice and the coil looks like great quality. I really like the layout for the Weekly Planner, but the two things I don’t love about this planner are (1) the set up is very plain in terms of it looking like printed excel sheets with boring fonts, nothing really pleasingly artistic or eye catching at all to make using it “fun” as well as productive, And (2) I dislike the fact that the lines appear very dark, which to my eyes, competes with whatever you are writing in the planner; softer lines (maybe gray) would be more appealing. Of course this is my opinion, which will be different from other people. It’s all a very personal choice. I’m currently still an Erin Condren vertical weekly user, but what I really like is the Plum Paper weekly 2-page spread that has the horizontal weekly on one page and a lined Notes page across from it. For me, that’s ideal, but I prefer EC’s textured paper better. Trying to decide for 2025. If Sprouted softened the interior look of their planner, it could be a contender for me ✏️📒

Are you going to do a video to review the new She Plans 2025 Softbound planner? For years, their weekly sewn planners are the only planners that work for my ADHD brain. I love them so much. But now she has changed the size and the layout, so I don't know if they will with any more...especially the column width for the days. In concerned they will be too narrow now. Purchases are non refundable, and there isn't much info on her site, so any help you could provide would be awesome! Love your channel! ❤
