In retrospect it's kind of cringe but nostalgic at the same time. This style was still around with the older crowd but when I was playing and going to shows it was a lot of 2 stepping and high kicking. Broken noses and little scene girls getting too close to the pit getting laid tf out. He's spot on about falling in the pit. If your buddy wasn't close enough to get you up someone else would. It was just a known rule everyone followed more or less
