What peltier module did you use? 5v and how many watts? A 12v module will also work if I lower the voltage to 5v converter?

Excelente proyecto, pienso que si la célula Peltier no está recibiendo el voltaje de trabajo, tal vez no llegará al congelamiento, y tampoco calentará demasiado. El ventilador podria ser de 5 volts para optimo funcionamiento.
