yeah, it’s like one of the only “bigger” cams that you can run with a stock converter which it’s not really big but, yeah you can run the stock converter

Their is power gains can’t say how much since I have not installed the cam in my truck just yet.

Dyno testing shows up to 10-15% increase in power. Upgrade your springs and lifters when you upgrade your cam. I recommend replacing your oil pump, pickup tube and bypass valve while you're at it aswell. Fresh gaskets and 160° thermostat. Do all this and tune it, you won't be disappointed!
