Idk if someone said this already in the comments but you can guarantee getting seaweed when fisbing in thr peaceful meadow IF you aim for the cattails area where the plants are in the water. And you get bonus seaweed if you have your fishing buddy with you. Beats trying to hope you'll get seaweed :)

The rather large amount of materials required to craft more train tracks after doing Oswald's quests is one reason why I hope we get a second Kristoff Stall for the Eternity Isle items. 10 Plastic Scrap, 8 Tropical Wood, and 5 Copper = 1 Train Track piece.
