Hi Dada, Happy new year 🎉 Where can I buy “bitter tomatoes “? I remembered during Covid watching one of your videos showing how to make “ rank” ( senegambian side dish) I’m not sure you suggested Spanish and green apples ? Do I have to steam the spinach? Thank you for helping me enjoy food from senegambia I have not tasted since I left Senegal many years ago.

Yesvyou have to steam the spinach and cook the okra, then blend it with a little lemon juice and salt .
