Just want to say I had to send my asus rog out to Asus and the experience is much better now. Extremely smooth and they replaced some things I didnt even notice were faulty (triggers were bad too). Zero pushback or difficulties.

I want to point out that this isn't the first device that has this concept, the gpd win 3 and the win 4 both have this same function but made much earlier. However I think that the slide does a few things better such as price, the sticks, and the ui. But the manual switch from controler to mouse on the gpd consles are un beatable

I think I really need to say that it is almost 100% necessary to have whatever device you are using as a host connected to the network via an ethernet connection. Streaming when both devices are wireless is almost certainly the cause of your poor streaming performance with this device.

I have an rog ally x and lately bought this to put steam os on it. Word of advise: If you buying this to put steamos on it don't do it.... I tried Bazzite/Cgimeraos/Holoiso/Steamfork/Nobara os/ wifi stops working after you put it to sleep and you have to restart it to get the wifi working With windows installed its actually a great device for the price ! Best emulation station you can get... I got the 512gb version on Temu for $200 with coupon so no complains there! And to be honest it feels premium Its basically the ayaneo next with lower end CPU

couple things as someone with alot of experience with the mig... 1, yes it does save the last game you played, but you have to actually launch the game for it to save to that title, then to unlock it from that game, simple insert the mig and eject it when the light is green and that will unlock it from that game, also it IS possible and alot of people already do have access to "mig dumps" (google it) that are full dumps of the games for the mig. aka you dont need the dumper anymore and you do not need a hacked switch :D

at $799? but its lack of an OLED display is a letdown. At this price point, you'd expect better visual quality, and its 120Hz IPS LCD doesn't offer the vibrant colors or contrast of an OLED. This makes its value questionable compared to cheaper alternatives with better displays.
