I absolutely love that gum. I made a herb bowl from a small piece you gave me. Do we think alike.. Lol, that's all I've been making is incense burners lately with all my cut off tenons.

Great tutorial. I'm about to start using one myself very shortly. It was however very hard to see the spindle moving when you turned it on. But I am guessing it's because it's black.

In the US they market that lathe as a Rikon. I was looking at buying one. How do you like it?

yes its the same lathe as the Rikon 3040 I am loving it a couple of minor things in design but overall a very good lathe, @TournageDubois has a Rikon

Looks like there is no outboard turning on that lathe so I suppose 30ish inches is the max swing over bed. @@SidsRepurposing
