They should’ve done a protein treatment PRIOR to all the heat. I hate when stylists don’t take all the proper steps. 🥺

I hate the green and pink crotchet hook. I could never use it. It never works for me. So I had an idea and looked on line and found your channel. This is a lot easier. The Bobby pin is what we call a hair clip in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. I am going to use what we call a “hair pin” in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. It has a wider space and will be much easier for me to use. I just learned from you that you must not plat the corm rows too tight. Thanks for this info.

East Indians have been using oils on their hair for generations and they have amazing hair; they even use coconut oil, which is high on the comedogenic scale, and again; most of them have beautiful hair. There is no one formula for Afro hair; each woman must come to know her hair. There are different Afro hair textures just like there are different hair textures among women in other cultures so trials and errors can lead to personalized hair care. Nevertheless, you are absolutely correct about good nutrients add beauty to hair. Thanks for sharing 🌺

Girrrl meat contains a lot more Iron so if you're not vegan, eat eggs, red meat that would work much better. I don't eat red meat so I end up having to take supplements also because of my heavy flow period (you lose iron because of periods too!) Vitamin D is also super important. Everytime winter came my hair unmanageable and I would lose a lot of hair and that is an effect of vitamin D deficiency :(
@deborahboms15 күн бұрын
I eat all this too and have just added vitamin D to the supplements

If you don’t have a scalp issue then you don’t have to wash your hair every week. Oil is only an issue if you got a scalp disorders Seborrheic dermatitis or atopic dermatitis or eczema or psoriasis. It might show like dandruff but most times it is deeper
@binaryhills249117 күн бұрын
Do you please have any tips formaxalp psoriasis? I'ce been battling with it for long with no luck
@liveeatclean17 күн бұрын
@ these conditions never goes away. I have to deal with Seborrheic dermatitis and I just avoid oils on my scalp. I wash my hair whenever I need to sometimes it’s a week sometimes less sometimes more I keep it simple, follow my channel A healthier way on KZbin. I will be making videos on how I live with it.
