Everything about this is illegal in Ohio. No fan powered boats, no boats becoming airborne, no parasailing behind a boat. PFD must be worn whenever a boat is underway. My state sucks.

Where are the oars? And solar lights? You can buy them lights for a few dollars at dollar general. Paint one red and one grean. A safety precaution. Otherwise looks pretty neat!
