This guy is actually dumb, it’s almost like you need the LEDs for them to work! (It’s how they were designed.)

You just have a bad headset or controllers, trade it in for a new one, the tracking is absolutely outstandingly great!!!

Hey, this is awesome. I also heave Pico 4, I managed to get the APK for DJI Fly from DJI site but although it connects to account etc it doesn't show the normal screen as on teh phone and can't connect to the Neo. What am I missing? Is there another trick? Or is this working only on Quest and not on Pico? Thanks!

For my case use these trackers are gonna be great, as someone who hasn't experienced fullbody before these are a great way for me to get started especially seeing as I don't have the money to be getting anything else and in general the Haritora x trackers which aren't even available where I live (UK) and are more expensive than the Pico trackers especially if I factor in the import cost if I did buy them and the same goes for slime trackers and any of the sub-brands that exist like the panda trackers that you mentioned, in reality although they may be more "affordable" in terms of what you get for the money they are still pretty pricey overall and in general require a lot of lengthy and fiddly setup that I don't have to worry about with the Pico trackers and although the tracking quality isn't super great its good enough for me and I'm just grateful to even have any form of full body :) also considering the trackers aren't even technically out yet at least where I live its not too surprising that a lot of games don't really support them yet and even Pico stated on their website that some games will need to update/add support for them if they don't already work with them and that the amount of games that do support them will increase over time.

I hope these new trackers gain enough traction for Meta to recognize the demand for something similar for the Quest. While it might take a few years for baseless full-body tracking to reach the same level of precision as Basestation trackers, if Meta commits to developing their own set of baseless trackers, like Pico has, the gap in quality and development could narrow much faster.

There's a chinese cameraman into that insta go 3 recording it in 0,1K and 10fps hahaha. something is wrong there. try this - settings/bitrate choose high and record in 2.7k to have the best setting n get the best quality. Go on tab video sharpness and choose medium seeting then go camera menu sweeping from the right side of your screen and choose flat colors options to do some after colorgrade

I used to do FBT in PinoSoft with my ipad for 10 months. Costed me 20dollars and was WAAAAAAY worse then this (if I could get these back then I would be in HEAVEN). These are not targeted to ppl for dancing and good FBT. ALSO Slimes or basestations (the cost) needs some knowhow to setup and use (or panda that are "slimes"). My mom could get these up and running in vrchat alone and she is soon 70.. My mom could NEVER setup slimes or basestations and do vrchat mirror dwelling... just saying. I look at these trackers as a correct way that ALL headset producers should follow. EASY FBT that will eventually get good. But thanks for sharing this, I have pre ordered the Ultra since Pico 4 is my headsett for almost 2 years now, so time to swap out. The trackers I get for free I will play with and test (combine with slimes maybe?? for fun) I will also let a friend that has NO PC knowledge at all test out vrchat with my, I in slimes and ultra he in my old pico 4 and these trackers, and it might get him to go all the way and get hooked. So I see these trackers as an easy gateway into VRChat FBT. If u like these u will get something better down the line, or other options will soon come for fbt.

what is wrong with your drone? I have Air 3 and I live in Eastern Europe, I am flying 9 km away with loosing 1-2 bars of connection...and that's without any hacks, just from the box, wow

It remains to be thought that in future updates they will think through algorithms for more correct operation of their trackers, I looked at tests with 3 trackers, in general the situation there is a little better, but everything is not very good, we'll see what happens next, they say that the router to connect them must be with Wi Fi 6-7 so that the data transfer speed is even better, but I don’t know if this is for sure. We can only hope that with future updates the tracker movements will be even better. I really hope that Pico will still improve the algorithms of their trackers to the level of average slimes, Pico does its job, but unfortunately slowly.

More trackers is of course better, but what you want is something that is convenient to use and good enough. Thats what a lot of people fail to understand. A bit like everyone now use inside out tracking, even though light houses offer more accurate tracking... but who wants to buy & install several external trackers into their room? After camera-based tracking became good enough, nobody wanted to do that anymore.

btw, all officially supported Pico Motion tracker games are from the Pico Store ant not SteamVR. That includes Dance Dash and Blade and Sorcery, very disappointing to desperately push people to a dead store / platform 💀leaving no options and choice how they want to use and play with the trackers.

The trackers are being released 20.9. in Gigantti, a retailer store in Finland. Can't wait.
