I know lonley. I hung my "self worth" on being a good woker at work, nobody could outperform me at work. I was the best. Then I lost that job. I came home to an apartment where everything cosisted of plastic. Pursue relationships rather than a career. Dont make the misstakes i did. You are still young. Go pursue relationships.

Your video has me really thinking. Think of how unnatural it is for the human being to live alone. It goes against what our very species evolved to be as social creatures. It would be like a cat who came home to sleep on a rock surrounded by water every night, convinced that it was happy there. It's absolutely valid to feel lonely coming home to an empty setting. While I can vouch for being alone as a means to recharge and contemplate and work, I can also say from experience that it can be good to be alone, but not when you're already lonely. What if you were to do it in small increments. Move somewhere close by, but far enough that you feel gone. Then you'd see what it's like and know whether or not it's what you want, but with a security blanket? Champaign is a good candidate. Plus you could go to school.

As someone with a limited budget and endless dreams trying to be an indie author and cartoon creator, I love that you know what you want and have a real dream. Sounds like you know exactly what it is you need for yourself. The place you’re in doesn’t sound good for you in the slightest. There is comfort in security, but then again, you never want to be stuck in loop. Working just enough to survive but not enough to achieve the life you want to me is no life worth living. I don’t even think it’s necessary to say what it is you should do because I think you know what it is that you’d most want to do; and that is pursuing your dream place and taking the dive. I always have to interrupt my train of thought when my ocd is bad. Sometimes it's hard to recognize myself with my ocd because that train of numbers or phrase is the subject of my entire focus. I have to be doing something with my body and my mind to get it away. When it tries to come back, I yell, "no" to myself and interrupt it.

The most important thing is to pick somewhere that makes you feel inspired and want to live there. If you're looking for affordable, the Carolinas are good options. Lots of places to hike and kayak. Generally good people. If you're looking for somewhere more adventurous then Colorado is a great option. It can be expensive to live in Denver, but that's not the only place there. It's a beautiful state with both deserts and ski resorts at the same time. Picking somewhere within Uhaul driving range is ideal, but truthfully, just find somewhere that you feel compelled to go and you'll make it work. I had a pretty similar experience with my mental health getting worse alone in a small dorm, but since I valued the experience of living on my own I have been trying to ride it out (moving out of the dorms as soon as I could). Instead of working on my mental health, I changed majors, loading way more work onto myself. The stresses from the cost and amount of time I've invested into school has been keeping me enrolled.Last term I was feeling debilitatingly overwhelmed, anxious, and depressed to the point where I haven't been able to do much of anything anymore lately. I'm finally stepping away from school to focus on professional (and self) help before I plan to go back. Separate from actual courses, Its ridiculous how hard it is to go to school. But if you decide to go back, chances are your credits you earned will still be valid or transferable at least. I hope you start feeling better Raimi, and best of luck finding the path you wanna follow again.
