Pwede pala eh direct sa heat ito. Ang turo sa tesda center samin. Hindi daw pwede baka maluto daw. need sya nf double boiler.

Yes po, it's recommended to use double boiler if you're preparing delicate sauces, lalo na po pag may eggs. Pero pwede din po magluto ng sauce sa direct heat, wag lang pong pababayaan ng halo at mahina lang po ang apoy.
