Your orange crop is amazing and you are so lucky! There's nothing better than fresh squeezed orange juice...I will never drink store bought again! I didn't know you had a bunny! He's beautiful! @@loriholland6431 we originally had two but one died a couple years ago. I love bunnies, they are the sweetest little creatures 🐰 and their bedding is great to have to sow into the garden. That rose bush needed to be tamed and it looks much better even now. I hope you’re enjoying your weekend 😊

Another lovely video. I hate to see them end. Where do you get all your pep? You are like the Eveready bunny that keeps on going and going. I have snow coming and it is cold here and you are picking oranges. You have a beautiful garden. Imagine what you could do with 5 acres of land. Great job! Enjoy your day!

@@susanvelez6534 you didn’t know? I guess I haven’t shown them as much, we’ve had chickens for about 6 years now and I have added several to the original flock. I like to have at least 5-6 for the amount of eggs we use. And right now we have 5 with two hardly producing so I may need to add more soon And Mr. Rabbit, it’s been about 4 years. He came with a buddy but his friend died 🥹. We might get another when I am able to build a larger hutch. I love having him. He’s very sweet and doesn’t mind being held.

Do NOT give the chickens citrus!!! Not good for them! Get a copy of Lisa Steele's book on natural chicken keeping called "Fresh Eggs Daily." She also covers which herbs are good for them also. So much information. Check out her website also. Wishing you the best from Kansas.

@@GSDsforever thanks for the info. I appreciate you watching! I have a friend who lives in Utica and absolutely loves it. Are you near there at all? On the chickens, I have been keeping chickens for 6 years and have had two different flocks and my parents have a farm where I grew up with probably 30 or more chickens. We feed our chickens everything but avocado and potato peels. I suppose it’s one of those topics that people have different opinions on. But I’ll keep the book in mind. I do want to get them off of chicken feed and feed them from the garden and scraps.

Oranges are safe for chickens in moderate to small amounts. High citric acid content can potentially cause diarrhea. Potentially. I'm sure she cares for her animals exceptionally.

Are you raising the rabbit to butcher? The trellises will be gorgeous when filled in. What color of roses? Still wayyy too cold for outside work here but getting lots done inside. Have a blessed weekend

@@sharenp3839 oh no! He’s our baby. Although he’s probably the perfect size lol. He is a productive pet though cause I am able to put his bedding directly into the garden so that’s nice. The roses are a deep almost Ruby red color and I hadn’t trellised it so it’s grown a little crazy and untrained. I love getting the inside work done too. It feels great. Enjoy your weekend as well :)

@@crystalchavis8607 you can make this with cocoa butter or Shea butter. I actually think I like cocoa butter best for the slightly sweet scent it has. Hope this helps :)

Hi Roxanna, that is a wonderful meal. I wish I could grab a bite thru my computer screen. I've been thinking about you and all the fires in Ca. From what I can tell, I think you are far away from it all. Do you smell it at all outside? My heart goes out to all the folks in Ca. and what they are going thru. In Ma. today I'm getting snow. I think I'm going to have to make meatballs. I serve them over rice, we can't eat pasta and gluten free is way out of our price range. Aren't you glad you have chickens for eggs, speaking of things being out of my price range?😂The tangerines will be so delicious. I hope you are safe and far away from wild fires. It must be the week for meatballs. I made some the beginning of the week and the next day turned the leftovers into sweet and sour meatballs. You’re very blessed to get fruit from your parents.Do you ever dry the rinds and grind up? Have a great weekend.

The Lentil soup looks delicious! So healthy too! I ordered some seeds to start soon indoors and I am looking forward to using my first greenhouse my husband will put up for me. I like your comment about being thankful and there is answered prayers all of the time and I see God's miracles often for me and others😀

What a wonderful video! Great minds think alike! I took my Christmas things down and cleaned afterwards just as you did. In addition, I made the butternut squash soup for dinner tonight lol. It IS a blessing to tend to our homes. So many people yearn to have just that…..a place to lie their heads at night and a safe, comfortable home to call their very own. I never take it for granted. @@PreacherMatt hello! I have been using baby or gentle fragrance free soaps. Right now I have drift. It works well enough. I had recently found out that the “natural” soap I was using had some fragrances in it that weren’t natural. Which was very disappointing. If I make a soap I will definitely share it here in the future. Thank you so much for watching!
