Biscotti is one of my favorite cookies, and they don't look difficult to make! I love how you dressed them with the chocolate, nuts and seeds.....so yummy! Thank you for sharing the recipe. @@loriholland6431 they really are versatile too! You can put really anything you like in the base recipe and they keep forever. If you make them, place them in a tin to store not Tupperware as I find they lose their crunch when I have used it and it’s just not the same. I had a wonderful birthday and thank you for the wishes. Do the almonds get softer in the baking process? My teeth are no longer up to hard nuts. They look great.
