Why did Kramer give the service Elaine's telephone number? A fax number is separate from the telephone number for obvious reasons why would Kramer think a telephone would accept a fax?

What acting from Jason Alexandre, unbelievable how insane and despicable and funny and sad and everything his character is here…what a delivery, it’s true he doesn’t get the respect because it was based on Larry David, but his performances are basically the best part of the show…without George there is no Seinfeld
