It’s so annoying, serviced my CDH, new plug, gauze, temp sensor and clean out, put back together and smokes for around two mins before burn chamber ignites. Once that’s happed will be absolutely fine all day. Leave over night or for chamber to go completely cold and will smoke again. Exhaust, intake, little air hole and glow plug all good, really can’t fathom it out? Any suggestions?

Good to know there's an axle failure backup. Better still knowing about the torque arm
@dav1dbone7 күн бұрын
If you did need to get a new axle made, it would not be a bad idea anyway, you could get it made a size or two bigger so you can pass thicker phase wires through it. I'm in the process of rewiring a bafang 8fun, it'd be nice to be able to run each individual phase out the axle for enabling delta wye switching, an easy way to get a lot more out of these motors.

I had the same problem as seen here and in all the other videos. Did the full tear down and didn't get resolution until I pulled off the motor cover near the serial and model number plate. Blew it out with compressed air to see if there was any debris, and I'm back to full power, perfect crank every time

I have the same table saw, and was planning a workbench the same dimensions, i was really over complicating it. Your ability to simplify is impressive. I'll be stealing your caster idea, but I'll extend the wheel mount 2x4 all the way across with more casters. Also where your miter saw hits the 2x4 on the down swing, maybe you could cut out a notch to allow the saw to pass through. I even had the same shoes.

This can happen from over priming the fuel system. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector while it is running until the white smoke clears, then reconnect.

Please don't say you "broke it", you didn't. That chainsaw is a piece of shit, just like a lot of tools. They're all made with cheap parts! The same thing just happened to me with a Worx 16 inch saw, brushless motor as well. I cut three small piles of wood and it quit working. And it happened to fail on me when I ran out of firewood. Great timing. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Not only do these plastic tools end up in the landfill because they have such a short lifespan, but they are horrifically overpriced if it's normal for these things to break after such a short period of time. They should be like $10. As you can probably tell, I'm pretty pissed off. I was thinking of maybe trying a Makita? But frankly I think all these MF things are meant to be disposable trash!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I gor the same prpblem. I did open it till down the motor, swtich and clean it up. Contacts of the swtich was pretty nice. Finally it start running again but today I used it for about an hour and suddenlty, for no reasons, it stoop wotking again. When it is resting for about 5- 10 minutes it start again. I stop it then try to immedialty start it and it wont again. So not genius. I will return to store. I realize the problem is in the motor controller. It is like a torque protection that is bad adjusted. But even therre is no blade, chain, the problem persist.

Something done did chew on those axle threads like it was a no.2 pencil. The cable in the axle how that got nasty maybe axle spin cant tell. I always reckoned the sun gear is stationary on the axle, maybe machined as one piece. And the planet disc assembly is attached to the rotor with the stator fixed stationary on the axle. So the planets would drive the ring as they orbit the sun gear. Your video here sure does clarify the real deal showing rotor and sun driving the planets on a stationary disc. The wiring to me is dizzying but I got 3 power and 5 hall on my connector that connect to that 'Lo Mein' inside. Yes, beware of the power of magnets, they will go where they want to in a hurry and won't stop if fingers are in the way. Thank you, great video brother! E-bike nut in the lower-48.

Junk. Bought from Amazon 3 months ago. Used less than 1 hour total time in the last 3 months. Very annoying. I was part of a volunteer team clearing trails after the recent hurricane damage in remote areas. We use our heavy duty Stihl gas powered saw for the big stuff and depend on the DeWalt for minor clearing cuts. But after about 3 brief sessions with it, it stopped working. Completely dead. Battery still in fully charged mode. I no longer will trust Dewalt stuff for non trivial or mission critical tasks.
