Whats the coverage window for live down if say trying to vertical jig a brush pile do you have to be over the top of it or can you be off a little bit?
@ksfishingadventures13 күн бұрын
@@dandyle6183 you can be off a bit but it depends on how deep the brush is, I noticed in 15 ft deep I have about a 5-7 feet diameter which would be the length of my rod roughly so I have to keep my rod top close to the transducer pole

@@jasonmathews3353 railblaza makes a 30” for kayaks and a 60” for boats, I feel like for a bass boat that handle is going to be to high. I’ll be making a full walkthrough video on the eagle eye live hopefully this week so keep an eye out.

What your thoughts on it
@ksfishingadventuresАй бұрын
@@Big-Joe478 for the money, it’s pretty good and impressive. Straight out of the box the settings are pretty dialed in. The split screen between live sonar and traditional sonar helps determine how dense those brush piles really are. What I dislike is having to switch between forward and down live sonar when the wind is blowing you all over. But that’s also why this unit is so cheap it’s not using the whole 150 degree angle. The auto settings on depth always seem to be set to high causing the screen to look small. If I’m in 20 ft of water I’ll set it to 25 to get a bigger more full picture.
