I have a 119 an early model as name plate red lettering. Still going strong. Also a 612 both with tools. Hoover certainly knew how to build vacs in those days

Lovely machines those! Especially that Dial A Matic 1124A. Hopefully you can sort that wobble out on the handle and bag housing. Shame about the 119 being repainted hopefully you can restore it back to its proper colour with Hammerite which I saw Sam (Beko) do. I remember Sam had the front cover decals remade for that Church 119 he refurbed. The Electrolux defo sounds like it’s gonna need replacement bearings😂

They had one of these in a holiday cottage my parents rented up in ullapool in the 90s,my parents still go on holiday there but they have changed the cleaners to numatic Henry's like everywhere else,I do remember the Electrolux picking up very well and was a novelty having that back saver handle.a caravan mum and dad rent in Whitby has a reconditioned junior 119 in fact I think all 20 or so caravans have 119's.
