A flat Amazin Gorgouse Falcon as I own a 64 Futura sport roof also mine is the Blue Green with a 302 EFI and Auto overdrive from a 94 Mustang GT my X wife backed into the front of it messing up both front fenders headlight rings bumper and the valance behind the bumper and finding the parts are next to impossible over hear in Ohio Someday ill get lucky. But until then its Great too see Ultra fine ones still around

I want a wagon too someday! You and I had similar Falcons long ago it sounds like , 4spds, 9" Ford rearend and all. I hope to someday get to our other hardtop to finish it up

My first new car was a 1964 Falcon Sprint 4-speed factory tach 260 cid small block with chrome engine covers . If I'd have known Ford offered the 289 HI PO in the little Fairlane , that would have been what I would have bought . But I was just 21 at the time . My first car was a1950 Ford 2 dr sedan I was a sophomore in high school . It was black with white tuck & role pleated interior twin short lake pipes & duals out the back all coming from a flathead 6 & one exhaust pipe ! Porta-wall white wall tires black rims and baby moons . Three on on the tree transmission . I was a power shifting 15 year old car gear head to the bone . Those were the glory days ! Love your car man , thanks for the memories .

Thank you very much! Those early 50's "Shoebox Fords" are beautiful cars, the grill is iconic. This is actually my wifes car, she loves old car as much as I do and did a lot of work on this car with me. I wish I hadn't put a H-pipe in it's dual exhaust, just straight pipes, it would have more rap to it like those Lake pipes you mentioned.

I enjoy looking at these videos of classic 50's and 60's ca, especially Falcons. I have a large history of Family members owning them. My dad bought a 1960 in the fall of 59. It was his first brand new car. I had two of them, a 63 Future convertible and a 68. One thing that disappoints me is that the change the cars so much from factory condition.I see a lot of things that are not true Falcon. Like ha after market has caps, guages, engie parts hood have and paint colors not standard Ford issue. I am a purist I like to see standard stock restorations.

Both of our 1964 Falcons are painted with a 1964 Ford color , our convertible is Raven Black and the hardtop is Phoenician Yellow both were available on the Falcon in 1964. The straight six's just don't produce enough horsepower or torque to hold modern freeway speeds safely.

Hello I just bought one and I’m missing the body chrome trim pieces the ones on the side (those longs chrome strips). Does anyone know where I can find reproduction pieces? I can’t find any of the little stuff just mechanical stuff unfortunately

Could you let viewers know what LED bulbs / strips you used? Were the bulbs direct fit into the original bulb sockets or was significant electrical re-work necessary?

I used LED Bulbs from www.superbrightleds.com/ . I used them for all of the cars lights.

@@l.munnier9658 It's the same as the Comet. Cites Performace make a rear leaf spring relocation kit and the wheel wells can be cut and widened.
