Of all the wood grain vids I've watched tonight, I've noticed that the best techniques use the flogger. Even good techniques become mediocre w/o it.

Excellent ! Bonjour à toi Pierre. À Paris, bien que fermé, on garde de bons souvenirs ( atelier des peintres en décors).👍

I would have liked to have seen slightly less of the white veining. Having said that, I really admire your work.

He is an amazing artist, with a heart of a genius human being. Meeting him in person is a total humbling experience. What a nice humble Master… He even signed my book. I’m stoked for life….

Mr. Finkelstein, I am a working artist and I've always been interested in any of the original techniques used by the Romans. If you could talk a bit about what you know about their techniques I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

You are "the"faux marble guy. I 've never seen a work like yours ,i thought i was pretty good before seeing this video but i'm an apprentice compare to you.ahahahah. bravissimo !!! Thank you .love from italy P.S. are you working with acrilics?
@PFInstitute2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Giovanna, we appreciate you watching and appreciating the video. Pierre typically uses Golden Slow Dry Fluid Acrylics for his faux marble work. It dries slower than standard acrylic paint. - Dinzel www.fauxbrushes.com/products/pgz-09-golden-pro-slow-dry-fluid-acrylic?_pos=1&_psq=slow-dry&_ss=e&_v=1.0
