@nicola haseler ... Months .. Try 4 yrs, as I haven't returned to normal 4 yrs after being hospitalised in April 2020. I came out of ICU with previously non existent health issues. It only now, 4 yrs on that I'm starting to be taken seriously.... It's 4yrs too late, and my employer (the NHS) isn't very supportive.

Look to your oral health if you’re dealing with long C people!! I’m talking about root canals and Wisdom teeth cavitations too. Watch the documentary Root Cause. There have been articles to come out on it. I FINALLY after almost 3 years of dealing with long C and all these weird debilitating symptoms I realized it’s my old root canals. I’m working with a Biological Dentist now who will be extracting them! I’ve already had one removed, 2 more to go.

I'm a bit late here but I originally got COVID before it had a name, just a horrible weird flu we thought, there was no vaccine, then shortly after the long COVID hit hard, I personally chose not to get vaccine, rightly or wrong because I thought I had natural immunity and honestly thought they developed the vaccine so fast I was concerned about safety. I know people who are not vaccinating like me and also did so I don't really know. Sending best wishes to everyone, this is horrible I'm not giving up, going to keep trying to heal, the symptoms are horrible and change your life, always been healthy and am now a shell of myself. Best wishes to all and a speedy recovery

I had a wicked case of long covid for 32 months. It was neurologic. No POTS, no brain fog. Dr. Bryan Ardis suggested nicotine patches. I applied a 7mg nicotine patch 24 hrs/ day for 7 days. By 4 weeks later my horrific symptoms abated by 95%. I had been reduced to a mere shell of my former self and couldn't do any of my normal activities. After the nicotine I am back in action! It's cheap, easy and relatively safe. The nicotine binds to nicotinic receptors on the cell surface, in preference to the spike protein. That's the theory. As a physician and surgeon, I'm back in the game!

@@anniecrowther8423 Terrible lighthededness, felt like I would fall in to a coma at any moment. Felt like I was barely conscious. Dizzy occasionally. Raging tinnitus. Ridiculously easy fatigue ability. Zero heat tolerance. Weirdo palpitations that were terrifying, when they occurred I was certain I would die in the next few moments. No brain fog, my cognition was 100% normal. No POTS. My current regimen is daily nicotine patch, methylene blue, nattokinase, curcumin, Quercitin, resveratrol, magnesium (which I take for other reasons) and AREDS-2 to prevent macular degeneration. @@anniecrowther8423 I was severely lightheaded and felt like I might fall in to a coma at any moment. It seemed I was barely conscious, something akin to being very sleepy or inebriated but not exactly like either of those. Nevertheless my cognition was completely normal, no brain fog. No POTS. Raging tinnitus which persists. Sometimes dizzy or unbalanced but only for a second. No heat tolerance and ridiculously easy fatigue ability. Weird palpitations at times that felt like I would die in an instant. No GI, nor respiratory problems. No MCAS. It was horrific, I couldn’t do any of my normal activities like golf, fishing, cycling, flying. I could barely drive and work, but pushed hard to do so. I missed some work and had to have a driver often. My current regimen is a nicotine patch daily, methylene blue, nattokinase, curcumin, Quercitin, resveratrol, and vitamin D. I won’t be stopping those anytime soon! I’m probably 90% resolved or better. This is month 38.

Doctors in Australia do not understand or recognise most auto immune, let alone MCAS I have suffered with extreme symptoms since Covid, learnt about this condition on you tube and joined a FB support group, from there I worked out a plan. I discovered a Doctor who treats people with Long Covid and she said straight out without tests, you have MCAS. I said you believe it’s a thing ?? She did bloods and my histamine was very high even though I have been taking antihistamines and other supplements. She has changed a few things around and said it could take three months to get to my base line.

Hearings are taking place right now where the former CDC head testified that Anthony Fauci via EcoAlliance gave grants to the Wuhan labs for development of a series of mutant corona viruses on a sars backbone. The sars backbone is needed so that humans can catch and spread it meaning gain of function or bioweapon. The virus got loose and Fauci then FORCED scientist to concur that the virus came from wet markets or risk having their grants revoked. We are all victims of a bioweapon and need to be compensated by NIH.
