This song makes me think of a female I met in college, when I asked her name she turned her face towards me and said her name, the first 5 seconds of looking at her i was starstruck, she had cherry coloured hair, pink/blue eye shadow I thought she was really pretty and cute, we spoke for about 5 minutes getting to know each other, just like the title of the song I was thinking to myself, “I Just got Lucky”

Just the melody playing in my head over and over. 😂 All damn long day, im humming the lyrics, im on KZbin looking at playlists of 80's British Pop bands, Googling.... Sound Hound, the works. I finally gave up. I went to bed and laid my head on my pillow. At 1:45 A.M. my brain goes... 🎶Just Got Luuucky🎶 😂🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. And ladies and gentlemen, that's how I got here to hear a song that I haven't heard in at least 35-38 years 😂😂😂 My earworm is now satisfied, and I can go to bed 😅

London was much quieter back then, because of the derelict areas of the Docklands, which stretched for miles. West london however, was still busy. After 93/94 is when the new modern london we see today really took shape, and after 2000 when the millennium bridge and London Eye went up, london became a busier place. Not saying thats a bad thing.
