I love the show because it's a plot of a victim that went through this horrible shit and now is is stronger and can say no and even fight back the violent person. Then the violent person is like reflecting on his mistakes, realizing that they actually love the victim the whole time and is trying to change and get the victim back. The ones Ive read shows in the end the violent person always apologizing and asking forgiveness and in the end they are happy away or together.

Children grow up thinking deep down that this is OKAY, just because watching these glmms was a huge part of their childhood.
