Is there a continuation of this video or is this a stand-a-lone?

Just an FYI for everyone, whether it's Claude, ChatGPT, etc. they will generally only provide between 600-800 words and are unable to consistently determine their own word count. There's no way to bypass this in a single message. What I recommend is the following: 1) Ask the AI to provide an outline of what you are writing on the micro-scale. Draft the book of course, but also have it draft the chapter you want to complete, broken into 1000-word or less sections. 2) Do not give it a strict word count. Ask it to aim for maximal content generation per artifact. 3) Ask it to write a specific portion of that chapter in the context of the outline, understanding that you will have it proceed where it left off. I've been unable to get any AI model to write more than 1200 words consistently and wouldn't recommend counting on it to do so. You'll probably end up spending more time editing than you would've if you just wrote the thing by hand. 😅

How do you get the AI to create a specific word count for the chapters? I followed your steps, and my story outline says the chapter word count should be around 2,000 - 3,000 words each, but when it writes the Chapter draft, it gives me a word count of 1,000 or less.

I added instructions in my project but Claude just did some of the instructions, not all what I want. How could I improve this?

Excellent tips. Did you test any of your outputs with AI Detectors? Using Custom GPTs, Projects, etc, ChatGPT and other AI tools are getting better at 'training' but often, even with a great deal of 'humanising', the content is still flagged as AI written in AI detectors.

Can you use Claude Ai via Novelcrafter the same way? Would the chain of thought work?

This is all cool but how on Earth didn't you hit the message limit? My Claude Pro screams about limit after 5 prompts and then blocks me for 5 hours...

Can it write an article for a news site but using my style if I instruct it? Example, the UK daily Mail and the NY post write/post a news story in Stock market crash, can I use Claude to create my version of this story in my style? If so it can potentially revolutionise my titles and I can expand as it would save so much on manpower hours.

Do not use this tool Claude Ai, I used this tool to wrte 3 short-stories. It repeats scene, words etc and sometime seven same sentences in each Chapter. At one point, it even lost the plot of the story. Find another Ai and save your time.

The Brandan Fraser movie you couldn't remember is "Blast from the past" - an underrated gem. It is hard to write fiction with AI, especially when it comes to sensitive topics, like suicide and abuse. It responds like I'm contemplating doing any of those.

Would you recommend Claude 3.5 over GPT-4 for short fiction story?

If you need to train and refine your prompts to make a book ...why not just write it yourself. It seems similar work for me.

This video is not about "writing a book"; it's about quickly creating something to sell on an Amazon or a Smashwords. A book is "written" organically and there are far better places to do that than Claude. Here's a hint: if the same system that outputs your book also generates my Python software code, you're the one in the wrong spot.

i made a tool for gpt to automate book writing process, it really just needs you to write the prompt and everything will go smoothly totally on autopilot, you will receive docx and pdf at the end of the process.

I have a major issue with this video. (Respectfully) You dishonor the writing process with this random speeding up of the video to make your voice seem like it's fast forwarding just to get through the video faster. It's the prompt creation process that is so very important. Almost as important as the output that you talk endlessly about. I think maybe rethink this approach.

It would be interesting to read a full transcript of this book. I am not against AI, but it's disingenuous to lead people to believe they can create a readable novella using this method.

why ai writing sucks- it has not personal reference. Everything that makes writing genuine and interesting comes from a real writer's experiences, point of view and attitude toward what they are writing

Do you have any editing prompts for after you have created the content? I have been writing stuff not quite the same as this, ( love the tropes prompt) but partly me ie I write out what I want in the chapter and perhaps even some dialogue or parts of it and then get the ai a help for each chapter. For example in my sci-fi book I’m creating just one of my projects I wrote a ton of stuff years ago and then have used chat gpt to help me flesh it out better. But as I’m not great with writing, I’m sure it needs someone like an editor of some sort to fix it, but as I don’t have the cash I would to hear if you have any editing prompts or anything similar you would use. I'm thinking of subscribing to Claude. What do you recommend to avoid easily reaching the usage limits set by Claude? Should I have one project with custom instructions for how I want it to write the mini-stories I create and make all the stories in different chats within the same project? Or should I create different projects for each story even if I have the same custom instructions?
