Take it from a completely debilitated 42 year old woman with C-pstd... born of a bar-whore Narc mom who never left her parents home, and STILL has no clue who my Father is, I exist simply because she "wanted a kid"- her exact words to my therapist at age 14.. my childhood was NOTHING but abuse. November 19th, 2023 Last time I wrote in here I was 22, 25 now. 3 years have gone by.. Life continues to be a confusing but beautiful endeavor .. I’ve felt lost, feel lost right now.. as I’m returning to this video.. Lived 2 years in San Francisco since last write in.. 3 year relationship just ended.. making major life changes and feeling lost .. Needing a reminder that it’s all okay.. moving South in 2 weeks to a new apartment, chasing new chances, new motives Crazy how much different of a human I am even 1,2 or 3 years later.. Same but different .. Have realized chasing happiness is the wrong route.. Inner peace and acceptance are the way through.. Enjoy what is .. Be okay with who you are and what you have .. more or less isn’t better or worse.. I have everything I need & forget this at times.. It begins within My parents have gotten older and that frightens me a lot .. don’t want to live without them here .. learning to accept that change is the only constant Random thoughts..
