I actually don't use any mods.. my problem is, I forgot to tag the Experimental Bundles on, someone in Reddit suggested to add the feature by going in Level.dat, add a List Tag in NBTExplorer with some Strings, but the problem is. Every time I load my world, it resets the settings, but I can confirm I saved the NBTE changes into the level.dat. Then someone said to check the Options.txt file, if it hasn't been updated after you saved the changes, that means it resets your world. Does anyone know anything to prevent this issue from happening?

For the people that can't open the bat file, you just have to name the server as the bat. In the text you have to change minecraft_server to a name and later name the server the same enjoy!

I have multiple forge versions, but all are trying to read the mods in the main mods folder. In the past, I remember being able to go into the "versions" folder and then create a mods folder under that folder, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. How to solve?

Well first thing having 3 on 1 its alot hardy for a goalie not superman. An its always a 50/50 for a save up close because the player can stop the puck when you slide over an as you are sliding they move to where you came from. But yes positioning is everything.
