Please make sure to check your brake pads to make sure that’s not the problem before doing this. If your pads are worn out and you just add more oil you could risk a brake piston failure.

I own a 1/2" torque wrench and I work at a Toyota as an entry level Automotive maintenance technician. Most Toyotas are 80 foot pounds. We would torque the wheels at a star pattern after a rotate to make sure it's even.
