Appstore say app cannot be found even though it shows the apps icon. In fact, every app i try to download (including Downloader) says app not found. Any help would be appreciated. This is on a firestick not 4k.

Yup, unavaible in Amazon, and TechDoc's dowloads produce parsing errors.

Even though you said it was available on all fire devices, when I try to download it to second generation stick it says not available for it. Big bummer 😕

Hi Doc I’m getting a problem, I’ve tried to download both versions and they both saying “problem prasing package. Even using a vpn or not I’m getting that message as well.

Firestick 4K, os6. Tried installing both versions of TCLtv from the website and got parsing problem again. I’ve had this problem with the last two apps I’ve tried to load. Got the ‘app not found’ msg when trying the App Store.
