For CN XI, the spinal accessory nucleus is in the anterior horn of the spinal column at levels c1-c5 or c6. The cranial component of the accessory nerve is in the nucleus ambiguus in the medulla. The cranial component is understood to completely integrate into the vagus nerve.

Sugar being the primary issue/trigger for this is countered by the success of the Kempner diet. The inclusion of vegetable oils and highly processed foods are more likely culprits.

You need to talk slower. I don’t have a doctor in PT. I’m a lay person trying to learn a little bit about my shoulder so that I can stop being lied to from Kaiser and you talk too fast. I’m sure your information is fantastic that you talk really fast so I’m not getting anything out of the videosorry.

Amazing video, thank you very much. Apart from the pathway through the sun's rays on our skin making a precursor, I was led to believe that the thyroid was responsible for the building blocks (T cells, if I'm correct) that are sent to the liver to produce the 'hormone' Vitamin D3, is this incorrect? It was also mentioned in other videos that you can't get Vitamin D from foods, have I misunderstood this? If a person has a liver or kidneys that are not functioning correctly, would it be possible to get a Calcitriol tablet as a supplement instead? Would this work? Thank you.

Thanks! But I still didn't get where are located osteoblasts in the cell... Osteon has inside mature cells - osteocytes, but how do the new cells (osteoblasts) take their place inside of osteon? Looking for explanation through many videos and can't find...

Quick question Migration of the protein is dependent on 2 factors Its molecular weight And its charge So more the molecular weight less the distance it will cover But higher molecular weight also means more sds and more negatively charged so doesn’t it mean it should get more attracted towards anode ? So if the molecular weight is high it will travel more or less than other protein with less molecular weight and also less negative charge
