It's better now on AT&T in Teague, TX since they have add mid-band 5G (n77) on two out of their thre sites and speeds are over 800+ mbps on 80mhz of n77.

Yeah they fixed it now since AT&T is upgrading their fiber network at DFW airport to 10GIG backhaul. Also, they finally replaced the old WiFi 5 Cisco Access points with the new Cisco WiFi 6E access points and they are more widespread. I was able to get 260/220 Mbps inside terminal C on their free WiFi.

Definitely not, this mall is not too big and plus, the mall is big enough for most stores. I started seeing more empty storefronts recently too.

Nope, it doesn't sadly! This mall closes at 8PM during Monday-Thursday. Meanwhile, Friday-Saturday, the mall closes at 9PM and closes earlier at 6PM in the evening during Sunday!
