Hopefully future updates will add those kind of adaptations in. I expected the cave to cause the creatures to get lazy with low competition and close abundant food. Thanks for the info, I’ll have to do some research later

@@HeTheLyon Dude yeah, I did too? But the way they have terrain handled makes it sorta hard for the caves to even EXIST properly. They did REALLY GOOD, I adore them! But they definitely have some places that feel like if they add em, might change the feel ENTIRELY to ABOVE and beyond

@Deckardb25364 I totally agree! Ecosystem is definitely one of the best evolution simulation kind of games i’ve tried. I’ve noticed a lot of the time when spawning fish in an underground cave they will spawn on the surface so it makes me think currently they’re really only intended to be there at the moment, I think they’ll implement caves later and when they do it’ll add a TON to try out

Hopefully it’ll go on sale during thanksgiving and you can make some freaky sea creatures too! Until then I’ve got plenty more Ecosystem videos on the way. I just unlocked the new crustaceans

Buutenks also has galactic donuts volley and a regen skill that heals 40% health for 4 skill points, I was able to solo a team with him last night a lot more easily than with gotenks. Yeah the Afterimage strike teams are a pain, high dmg ki blasts like jump blasts or dodge blasts are pretty good for keeping the pressure on while far away

Yeah I expected to die a lot more than I did, I’d like to take another shot at this challenge but next time i’ll just have the shock collar on max strength the whole time. I really appreciate you giving your perspective on the video, feedback like this helps me a lot

Yeah most things will eat you😂 ground predators have hidden little tunnels they can use to pop out at you and vultures can come from the sky and be on you in seconds so sometimes I wonder if one is gonna show up out of nowhere

Thanks man, same! I don’t make these videos in the hopes of making a ton of money, I make them because I want to entertain people and build a community. Having a passion and strong reason is what gives a persons content that spark that people love to see and draws them in. Many channels without it remain stagnant and lose motivation

Thanks homie! Yeah I think just saying hello, introducing myself and getting into the content quickly is much better than than those cringy intros that take forever. I feel like people would click off the video quickly too. The next series is Resident Evil 7 and soon I’m gonna start Spooky Saturday! I’m gonna tackle souls 1-3 this summer, and here’s some other games on my radar Brutal Orchestra, Palworld, Undungeon, Resident Evil Village, Darkest Dungeon 2, Streets of Rogue 2, Cult of the Lamb God, Res2, Darkwood, Little Nightmares 2 and some VR games. I’ve got more but the list is getting a little long. Yeah I’m not much of a platforming fan either, Rain World is pulling in some nice views but I’m ready to beat it. In part 7 I do some pretty crazy stuff like blowing up scavengers so you might like that part more than the others and I should beat it by part 8 or 9. I will! I’m always gonna show off indie games, especially when the channel takes off! Ain’t no way in hell i’ll ever do one of those intros😂 I try to keep the viewer perspective in mind when making these video and also try to make videos that i’d want to watch

I hadn’t thought about it like that but yeah that’s true, I usually record for 1hr+ so I’m more focused on making sure the video isn’t too long when editing

Yeah Rain World seems to mainly focus on exploration over gameplay, it has some cool mechanics but most of it involves running away from predators and going from point A to B, I love the art style but I get what you mean. If it had more options for actually fighting the predators then I think the gameplay would be more interesting but currently you can only really throw spears at them and it takes like 3 spears to kill only 1 lizard plus they don’t drop food so there isn’t much of a reason to kill them

Thanks man! Yeah this game uses procedurally generated animations so all the animations are simulated making them semi random and more realistic, it really makes the environment feel alive

Lmao 😂, I’ve actually beaten Bloodborne before and didn’t have to much frustration with it, it’s not like I don’t have a temper or anything I’ve just gotten good at taking a break if I’m getting frustrated. I do have one Bloodborne episode planned but it’s not the actual Bloodborne game, it’s a remake of the first area but with Ps1 graphics

Thanks homie! It really is, I haven’t played a game that so accurately simulates a ecosystem before and each episode I record I just wanna keep going but gotta edit it all. I just finished recording Part 4 today and it’s getting hella crazy, like a massive levitation sea monsters and giant vulture birds are starting to show up! Ps today I ordered a preamp for my mic which will make a huge improvement on my mics audio, soon you’ll get to hear how my voice really sounds without that odd audio interference

@@HeTheLyon Yea mics can really make your voice completely different from how they actually are! I also got to say, that the game’s hibernation mechanic only enhances that feeling of a true ecosystem!

Yeah my voice has like a high side and deep side to it and the mic picks up the higher side just fine but the deeper side not such much. I’m just missing that final puzzle piece of equipment that’ll give the audio the best quality possible(which should be here next week. The hibernation also has a fair bit of significance to it, I won’t spoil anything but it has a really cool mechanic attached to it

I found this game called OXTO, it released really recently like 2 weeks ago so not many people know about it or have made videos on it. I’m hoping that’ll give the series a boost since there won’t be hardly any competition. The game is like Hotline Miami but as a roguelike

The next series is Rain World and the next big video is beating all the sub quests of Thymesia then a plague weapon only challenge run. I recently bought Resident Evil 7 and 2 remastered so I’ll probably do a lets play of 7 after Rain World

@@WhoDaF0ok1sThatGuy man, it took me about 20 attempts to beat him the first time but like any souls boss after learning his timing and moveset you can take him down. He hits like a truck though so you've gotta be pretty carful to not get hit twice in a row

Here’s what I’ve got planned so far. I’ve got Elden Ring, I was thinking of doing a Claws only run for it, Code Vein I’m thinking of doing a pipe only run which is the weakest weapon in the game, Blasphemous 2 is coming out this year so I’ll probably do a lets play of the first one(I’ve beaten it already) and I’m a big fan of roguelike games so I’ll probably record some of those in the future. Also there is this really cool PSX Bloodborne remake I’m gonna record soon, it only has the first area but it’s still really cool. If you’ve got any game suggestions I’d be glad to hear em!

@@HeTheLyon that’s actually an amazing plan! A full playthrough of Elden Ring can really drain all your time and just be a waste with how many play throughs there are, but the challenge run you mentioned would be absolutely worth it! I’ve never played Code Vein but I know it’s a very good game, so that can definitely get others interested. More games i would recommend are games with big communities. For example, Legend of Zelda has a huge community and that could really boost your channel if you do some gameplay and post it to the subreddit, you can get some good views. Also, at the end of your videos, saying something like “a sub would be very much appreciated” can actually cause people to sub as many love supporting small KZbinrs. Reactions to upcoming games or directs from Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo can also go a long way too as those have a lot of hype but that would be more so occasional. Do you have any games that aren’t Soulslikes that could garner views?

That’s a really good question, I love horror so i’d really like to play through the Resident Evil games, Darkest Dungeon 2 is coming out soon so a play through of the first one would be a pretty fitting, same for Hades 2 and Hades, I’d also be down to record a playthrough of Monster Hunter World and Rise, I’m not sure if Darkwood has a large following but it could also make for a great series. Do you think any of these would preform well?
